⁉️ How do I add my club code to my customer account?

Are you a member of a Nataquashop partner club? By entering your club code, you automatically unlock your preferential pricing on all eligible products.

🔍Where can I find my club code?

Your club code is provided directly by your club contact (coach, manager, or club representative).

They manage the Club Shop and can give you the code to use on your Nataquashop account.

💡 Tip: If you don’t know who your contact person is, reach out to your club — they will direct you to the right person.

📝 Important: We cannot provide your club code ourselves. It is only shared by your club representative.

🛒 Where do I enter my club code?

Log in to your Nataquashop customer account
Go to “My account” → “My information”
Click on “Edit” your customer details (just below the “Newsletter” section)
Enter your club code (e.g. CLUB14186…) in the dedicated field
Click “Save” to confirm

💡 Once the code is activated, discounted prices are automatically displayed on partner club products.

✅How can I check that the discount is applied?

The “Club price” appears directly on each product only when it is more advantageous than the standard price.

If a product already has a better promotion, the lowest price is automatically applied (between the promotion and your club price).

If your club has a dedicated Club Shop, its name will appear at the top of the page: “Club Shop – [Club Name]”.

You can also check in your account under My account → My information: the Club code field should be filled in.

ℹ️ Good to know

Your club code remains valid throughout the sports season.

You can modify or remove it at any time from your account.
