Before your next competition, take 3 minutes to check that your racing swimsuit fits properly. The right size gives you comfort, performance, and freedom of movement.

👇 Here are 5 simple signs to check

1️⃣ Was it hard to put on? That’s usually a good sign!

A racing swimsuit should feel very tight. 👉 If it slips on easily like a regular swimsuit, it’s too big. Technical fabrics are designed to sit close to the skin and slightly compress the muscles. Impact:

Better hydrodynamics
Less muscle fatigue
Optimized blood circulation ||| ⚠️ Difficult ≠ painful: if it hurts, it’s too small.

2️⃣ No visible air pockets

If the suit is too big, it creates folds in certain areas: back, hips, thighs… These folds become air pockets that let water in: guaranteed parachute effect! Impact: Water gets in Less compression = less performance Unpleasant floating feeling

Your club code is provided directly by your club contact (coach, manager, or club representative). They manage the Club Shop and can give you the code to use on your Nataquashop account.

🛒 Where do I enter my club code?

Log in to your Nataquashop customer account
Go to “My account” → “My information”
Click on “Edit” your customer details (just below the “Newsletter” section)
Enter your club code (e.g. CLUB14186…) in the dedicated field
Click “Save” to confirm

✅How can I check that the discount is applied?

The “Club price” appears directly on each product only when it is more advantageous than the standard price. If a product already has a better promotion, the lowest price is automatically applied (between the promotion and your club price). Accepted Answer

Have you received your order, but the product has a defect or malfunction? Don’t worry.

Here’s what to do so our after-sales team can assist you quickly.

Steps to follow

1. Take photos of the product

➜ Clearly show the defect. ➜ If possible, include a photo of the full product and its packaging.

2. Contact our customer service

your order number
a description of the issue
photos of the product
your contact details

| Describe the context: How did the issue occur? How long have you been using the product? How many times has it been used? Under what conditions? etc.

3. Wait for our response

➜ Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and provide you with the appropriate after-sales procedure.

Should you return the product immediately?

No. Always wait for our confirmation before sending anything. We will tell you what to do. In case of a confirmed defect, Nataquashop does not cover return shipping costs, even if the defect is validated.
