Want to add a personal touch to your t-shirt, hoodie, backpack, or more? Here’s how to personalize your item with a name directly on Nataquashop 👇

🧵Step 1: Choose your garment

Select the item you want to personalize (t-shirt, hoodie, backpack, etc.) in the right size and color, then add it to your cart.

⚠️ Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, so make sure to double-check your size and color before validating your cart.

🏷️Step 2: Choose and add the “Name Option”

Go to the “Name Option” product page of your choice, available in the category: **Clothing > Heat Transfer Printing **

Select the type of print based on the placement:

Name – Small print: approx. W 9 cm x H 3 cm (chest, front)

Name – Medium print: approx. W 25 cm x H 6 cm (back)

Add your chosen option to the cart.

💡 Tip: If you want two name prints on the same item (e.g. front + back), you need to add both options to your cart (Small print + Medium print).

💡 Tip: For short names (Léa) or long names (Jean-Baptiste), our team automatically adjusts the print size for a balanced result. We may slightly adapt dimensions depending on the garment size to ensure a clean and harmonious finish.

Names are printed in fixed proportions to ensure optimal readability and durability over time.

💬Step 3: Enter the name to print

Please write the name at the end of your order during step 4 (CONFIRMATION), in the “Leave a comment” section.

➡️ You can also specify your preferred print color from the available options below.

🖋️ Font style

To ensure consistency and readability, name printing is done using a selection of standardized fonts from the models shown below.

It is not possible to use custom fonts outside of these options, in order to guarantee a consistent and high-quality result across all products.

✅Step 4: Validation & production

Once your order is paid and confirmed, it is sent to our workshop for personalization.

💡 Tip: Double-check the spelling of the name before confirming your order — no changes can be made after payment.
