✏️ How to personalize your garment with a name?

The Name Personalization section must be displayed on the selected product. If it does not appear, the item cannot be personalized with a name.

🧵Step 1: Choose Your Item

Select the item you would like to personalize: t-shirt, hoodie, backpack, shorts, or any other eligible product available on our website.
Then choose:

The desired size
The desired color
The quantity

⚠️ Important: Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully check the size, color, and model before adding the item to your cart.

🏷️Step 2: Check for the “Name Personalization” Section

On the product page, look for the Name Personalization section.
If this section is displayed, the item can be personalized.

⚠️ If the section does not appear, name personalization is not available for that product.

📌 Important: It is no longer possible to add a separate name personalization option from another product page. The personalization option must be available directly on the selected product page.

💡 Tip: Whether the name is short (Emma) or long (Alexander), our team automatically adjusts the print size to ensure a balanced result. We reserve the right to slightly adapt the dimensions depending on the size of the garment to achieve the best visual appearance.

Names are printed using standard dimensions designed to ensure optimal readability and long-lasting quality.

✅ Step 3: Select “Name Personalization”

Check the Name Personalization option on the product page. Once activated, the available choices will appear directly on the page.
Select the available print type from the list.

Depending on the product, several options may be available:

Small print: usually on the chest, bag, or shorts
Large print: usually on the back or front chest area
Small + Large print: front and back, when available ...

💡 Tip: Please select only from the options displayed on the product page. Additional print locations cannot be requested if they are not offered.

It is not possible to use custom fonts outside of these options, in order to guarantee a consistent and high-quality result across all products.

✏️ Step 4: Enter the Name to Be Printed

Enter the desired name in the space provided.
Before confirming, carefully check:

The spelling of the name
Accents and special characters
Capital letters
That the correct name is assigned to the correct item

💡 Tip: For both short and long names, our team adjusts the print size to achieve the best visual result.

➡️ You may also specify your preferred print color from the available options.
Example: "Clara (Turquoise)"

➡️ Step 5: Add the Item to Your Cart

Once you have selected the size, color, print type, and entered the name, click Add to Cart.
Your personalized item will then be added to your order.
Once your order has been paid for and validated, it will be sent to our workshop for personalization.

⚠️ Important: No changes to the name will be possible once the order has been confirmed.
