✏️ CLUB SHOP – How to personalize your garment with a name?

⚠️ Not a club member, or your club doesn’t have a “Club Shop”?

Would you like to add a personal touch to your t-shirt, hoodie, backpack, or another item? Personalization is available directly from your Club Shop product pages.
To personalize an item with a name, you must place your order through your dedicated Club Shop. Personalization is only available on the products selected by your club.

⚠️ It is not possible to request additional printing (e.g. a name on the back) if it is not included on the product page.

🧵Step 1: Visit Your Club Shop

Log in to your customer account and access your club's Club Shop.
Then select the item you would like to personalize.
Make sure to choose the correct:

Size
Color

⚠️ Important: Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully check the size, color, and model before confirming your order.

✅ Step 2: Select “Name Personalization”

On the product page, check the Name Personalization option.
This option will only appear if name personalization is available for that item.

💡 Tip: Whether the name is short (Emma) or long (Alexander), our team automatically adjusts the print size to ensure a balanced appearance. We reserve the right to slightly adapt the dimensions according to the garment size in order to achieve the best visual result.

➡️ Step 3: Choose the Print Type

Once the option has been selected, choose the print type from the available list.
Depending on the product and your club's settings, several options may be available:

Small print: usually on the chest, bag, or shorts
Large print: usually on the back
Small + Large print: front and back, when available

📌 Important: The print color and font style are determined by your club. Our team will automatically apply the colors and style chosen by your club to ensure consistency across all club products.

✏️ Step 4: Enter the Name to Be Printed

Enter the desired name in the designated field.
Please carefully check:

The spelling of the name
Accents and special characters
That the correct name is assigned to the correct item

💡 Tip: Please double-check the spelling before confirming your order. No modifications will be possible after payment has been completed.

🛒 Step 5: Add the Item to Your Cart

Once you have selected the size, color, name personalization option, and entered the name, click Add to Cart.
You can then complete your order as usual.
