Want to add a personal touch to your t-shirt, hoodie, backpack, or more? Here’s how to personalize your item with a name through your Club Shop on Nataquashop 👇

To personalize an item with a name, you must go through your dedicated Club Shop. Personalization is only available on products selected by your club.

📌 Important: The placement of the name (e.g. chest, back, etc.) is defined by your club.

It is not possible to request additional printing (e.g. a name on the back) if it is not included on the product page.

🧵Step 1: Choose your garment from your Club Shop

Select the item to personalize (t-shirt, hoodie, backpack, etc.) in the correct size and color, then add it to your cart.

⚠️ Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, so make sure to double-check your size and color before validating your cart.

🏷️ Step 2: Choose and add the “Name Option”

Go to the “Name Option” product page of your choice, usually available on the last page of your Club Shop

Select the type of print based on the placement:

Name – Small print: approx. W 9 cm x H 3 cm (chest, front)
Name – Medium print: approx. W 25 cm x H 6 cm (back)

Add your chosen option to the cart.

💡 Tip: If the selected product allows it and two name print options are available (e.g. front + back), you must add both options to your cart:

💡 Tip: For short names (Léa) or long names (Jean-Baptiste), our team automatically adjusts the print size for a balanced result. We may slightly adapt dimensions depending on the garment size to ensure a clean and harmonious finish.

Names are printed in fixed proportions to ensure optimal readability and durability over time.

💬Step 3: Enter the name to print

Please write the name at the end of your order during step 4 (CONFIRMATION), in the “Leave a comment” section.

📌 Important: The print color and font are defined by your club. Our team will automatically apply the style and colors chosen by your club to ensure consistency across all club products.

✅Step 4: Validation & production

Once your order is paid and confirmed, it is sent to our workshop for personalization.

💡 Tip: Double-check the spelling of the name before confirming your order — no changes can be made after payment.
